Figure 1 – Look at the way he paints the chakras in the body… We are all connected as humans… husband, wife, baby and fetus, look at the spiritual guides around them. The baby( symbolizing birth sitting on the ground holding a skull symbolizing death) the cycle of life. Notice the auras and the bioplasmic energy field around them.
Figure 2 – Unconscious meditation through sleep.
Figure 3 – Showing how the chakras are connected to the physical, mental and emotional dimensions. The seventh chakra connecting to the source. Check out the image in the upper left corner symbolizing the higher self and then notice the beast in the lower left corner symbolizing the ego, the lower self.

We all know that the largest organ in the human body is the skin and most of the time during the winter season we tend to feel a lot of dryness resulting from indoor heaters, dehydration or harsh shower gels. Experiencing some of these conditions I decided to go out and buy a body brush. I have been brushing for over a week now and have already felt the benefits of this soft bristle brush. The main purpose of body brushing is to exfoliate the skin removing all dead or dry skin cells in the epidermis leaving it smooth and silky( it is anti-aging, helps decrease stretch marks and the appearance of cellulite). It also helps by increasing circulation, moving the lymphatic system into cleansing the body. The best time to body brush would be first thing in the morning, just before you take your shower…try brushing upwards starting at the feet and moving up towards the heart with gentle strokes. Please remember not to brush over sensitive or broken skin, varicose veins or skin allergies. You may want to moisturize afterwards using either almond, avocado or sesame oil.
The old Master instructed the unhappy young man to put a handful of salt in a glass of water and then to drink it. “How does it taste?” the Master asked. “Awful,” spat the apprentice. The Master chuckled and then asked the young man to take another handful of salt and put it in the lake. The two walked in silence to the nearby lake and when the apprentice swirled his handful of salt into the lake, the old man said, “Now drink from the lake. As the water dripped down the young man’s chin, the master asked, “How does it taste?” “Good!” remarked the apprentice. “Do you taste the salt?” asked the Master. “No,” said the young man. The Master sat beside this troubled young man, took his hands, and said, “The pain of life is pure salt; no more, no less. The amount of pain in life remains the same, exactly the same. But the amount we taste the ‘pain’ depends on the container we put it into. So when you are in pain, the only thing you can do is to enlarge your sense of things….. Stop being a glass. Become a lake!”

This is a very touching story about the first week of life for twins Brielle and Kyrie born in 1995. Each in their own incubator and one was not expected to live due to breathing problems, heart rate was weak and she seemed to be in distress. A hospital nurse breaking the rules moved the weak twin and placed her in the incubator with the strong twin. When they were put together the stronger of the two embraced the other with what looks to be like a loving hug. Minutes later the twin’s heart beat stabilized and she was no longer in danger of loosing her life.
